Murali Krishnan has spent much of his 22 years at TIBCO supporting customers. In his current role as Vice President of Customer Support, he manages a global technical support organization that is dedicated to the success of our customers in all geographies and industry verticals. He leads a team that is passionate about TIBCO’s products and technology and our customers’ use of our software. With a culture of measuring performance and implementing continual improvements, he has overseen the evolution of the organization to support an expanding product portfolio and customer base, including many acquisitions over the years. TIBCO's Support organization consistently receives high Customer Satisfaction ratings each quarter, providing responsive support and timely resolutions to requests for assistance.
