Dan Ortolani is responsible for leading all aspects of technical support for TIBCO customers who utilize the WebFOCUS, Omni and FOCUS family of products. During his 30+ years of experience with these products, he has held senior positions in both Customer Support and Product Management. Dan has led the expansion of the company’s commitment to support and advocate for its customers’ success through a comprehensive set of programs and services, including Cloud Managed Services, Premium Support Services, Advanced Technology Services, Global Help Desk, and Technical Knowledge Management. Dan and his team are consistently recognized for excellence in enterprise class customer support via numerous industry awards annually.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut and has completed coursework at Stanford University’s Executive College program in Palo Alto, CA.
